Creators can download the app, set up a profile, and browse various brand campaigns. After creating content, they submit it through the app and receive payment upon approval. For brands, GetBags provides a streamlined process to launch campaigns, set budgets, create briefs, and manage submissions, with GetBags handling content validation and payments to creators.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Bags Holdings, Inc., concerning your access to and use of the Services. Brands that create campaigns on the platform are liable for all payments and fees. Campaigns are non-refundable once launched.
